Clients must provide accurate project details, content, media files, branding materials, and instructions required for project completion.

Dbug Lab shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Late submission of materials
• Incomplete project information
• Delayed approvals or feedback from the client

• A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Final project files may be delivered after full payment is received.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We offer revisions as specified in the project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

Major changes in project scope after approval may be treated as a new project and billed separately.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.

Dbug Lab shall not be liable for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on project requirements.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be extended due to:

• Scope changes
• Client revision requests
• Technical issues
• Delayed client feedback

Dbug Lab shall not be liable for damages caused by delays beyond our reasonable control.

Dbug Lab shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss resulting from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
